I`d like to tell you something that most of the people should do when they feel sad or worried. The life has some days goods and bads, but the most importand thing to be possitive is to grow the happiness, for these reason when something is going wrong in the job, studies or in general in the life, I recomended to see something that you really like and love a lot; for example right now I saw a wonderful pictures of my favorite band, and I feel a lot of possitive energy to continue doing my tasks, and go on in the live:)
Everybody, could do it, they are many things to change our behavours like watch a favorite movie, watch the wonderful sky and the nature or call or write to someone that is our good friend or Family, but do something that change the rutine and mood. It is true!!! you feel better when you do it.
To see something that is importand for you, will grow a new light in your heart!!!!
Es muy cierto, mirar algo que te levanta el ànimo y te hace ver que las cosas que suceden no siempre son negativas, sino que uno debe buscar su lado positivo y aprender de ello. Para ello es menester buscar algo que nos gusta mucho y que devuelve la alegrìa que lleva el corazòn:)
De esta manera, cuando te sientas deprimido, solo mira a tu alrededor y encontrars algo que realmente te va a subir el ànimo, no lo dudes, sòlo es cuestiòn de observar bien!!!!

OPPORTUNITIES
Hey Friends:)))
Today, It is a very nice day...the sunshine and the weather are really warm in spite of yesterday`s rain...
I just opened my email and I found a really nice attachment about the opportunities that people have in their lives....There are many, it depends of on the moment, but they come often:)
Everyday, I ask myself What is my next opportunity that I have to take or How I can recononize it?....This is a real mystery for me, but the main thing is that all the things that happen in ours lives... are for one reason...people need to learn more about themselves, so the opportunities of life bring us how to find our path...we must take them, becuase probably one of these maybe are might be our goal or dream, so it is going to come true!!!
En resumen, las oportunidades que la vida nos ofrece a cada uno de nosotros, no debemos dejarlas pasar, pues otro siempre cogerà esa oportunidad, es decir, ninguna oportunidad es desperdiciada, ùnicamente es acogida por otro individuo, el cual supo ver en ella una gran luz para su vida.
Estas son las diversas vìas para conocer profundamente como funcionan los designios de Dios, sòlo depende de nosotros mismos, es por ello que todos nosotros deberìamos tratar de mirar mas allà, vislumbrando nuestro futuro en la oportunidad que se encuentra frente a nuestros ojos. El intentar no cuesta nada, sòlo depende de uno y de la fuerza de voluntad que està en nuestro interior...acoger o dejar pasar algo dependerà solamente en el presente pues en el fondo pudo haber sido la soluciòn que tanto habìamos buscado.

THE UNKNOWLEDGE EVENTS IN LIFE
Hey Friends:)))
Today, I want to tell you about an unknowledge event in the life of human beings... there is a very strange force that in one day, one hour or a minute your life is changing and you could do something before it happens...if you pay attention the past events in your life...
I use to write a Diary my all importand and not importand events that happen in my life, so when I read again...I discover that in each year the same things are happening in differents ways and are changing my destiny. What it is mean? if you pay more attention of the all the actions and omissions that you did or do in the present life you can understand which is the real meaning of your purpose in the life or discover the wise destiny that you can control if you have the power to understand the ways of life.
Lo que he tratado de escribir y explicar en inglès acerca de como darnos cuenta de los acontecimientos que suceden en nuestra vida, es recordar aquel momento en el que uno ya lo viviò o pasò por una experiencia similar, es decir cada año las situaciones se repiten de igual manera, inclusive con las mismas personas que nos rodean, eso es muy fàcil de darnos cuenta (si uno tiene un Diario y lo escribe), o simplemente recordar aquello que sucediò y lentamente te revelarà todos los eventos sucedidos con los mismas personas y de lo cual uno debe tomar mucha antenciòn, es porque algo todavìa se tiene que resolver con ellos y hasta que ello no se dè, seguiremos experimimentando nuevos y muy similares acontecimientos pasados con aquellos entes o distintos. El tomar en cuenta los sucesos de nuestra vida, es captar toda aquella sabidurìa entregada en aquel momento y de la cual ahora nos vamos a servir de ella para poder descrubir cual es nuestro objetivo en la vida.

POWER OF LIGHT!!!
Hi Friends:))))
I haven`t enought time to write this days... I `m busy finishing some papers at UASB, but I`m here to share my point of view Where you can find your inner power to make your dreams come true?:)
All the people have dreams (goals)... big dreams, small dreams, or just a dreams but those are dreams, they are a special dreams for each person. When you have a goal(dream) in your life you have the power to change many things, not only your life change also the life of the others. It is a special kind of magic that the human being has in his or her heart. The power of light comes of the deep of the heart, people only need to look for inside and project it ... the result is done.
I hope to write the right structure of this sense. In summary I`d like to say that in your inner(heart) there is the light of the real power to create, to transform, to make, to change and all of these powers you need to mix with love for obtain the goals and dreams that you would like to reach:) You don`t need to look for outside, you have inside your own.
La esencia del ser humano es tan misteriosa que ùnicamente podemos encontrarla en cada una de nuestras experiencias diarias, es por ello que al analizar y tomar en cuenta cada uno de nuestros pasos; la vida en si misma nos hace darnos cuenta que dentro de nosotros existe ese poder interior que ignorabamos y que cuando se revela, en ese preciso momento nos convertimos en unos "actores del cambio".
Al proponemos alcanzar una meta, un logro mas, en aquel momento vamos a descubrir que la fuerza que tantos libros hablan proviene de nosotros mismos y que su nùcleo esta en nuestro interior, es ahì donde el corazòn cumple su funciòn primordial, el dar luz a nuestro ser espiritual, y despertar lo que en èl reposa, no sòlo la voluntad y persistencia sino fundamentalmente el Amor para logar un Sueño.
Amigos luchen siempre por sus sueños... :)))
